I had a very disappointing experience with this product and the customer service I received. The route I purchased simply did not work as expected — it failed to deliver on the basic functionality it promised. To make matters worse, when I reached out for help, I was assisted by a representative named Fred He. Unfortunately, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Rather than resolving the issue or offering alternatives, he seemed more interested in brushing me off. This experience has left me frustrated and unwilling to recommend this company to others. When a product doesn’t work, the least a customer should expect is respectful and constructive support — neither of which I received.
